What makes us unique is that we are not just professional Millwrights, but we are also highly skilled in specialty construction and excavation projects that allow us to incorporate our Millwright skills (like in welding and fabrication).

For example, when a storm drain system went bad in a large industrial facility, instead of tearing out the drain box and replacing with an expensive new one, we excavated around it, cut it in half, and rebuilt it in such a way that it would work without having to disrupt the whole drainage system. We were able to ascertain the problem and determine a time-saving, cost-efficient solution. When it comes to specialty projects like this, it’s important to be able to think outside the box and use creative problem solving. And as licensed general contractors, we have both the knowledge and resources to tackle any project from beginning to end.
